Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. 24 hours notice is defined as one business day. If you miss or failure to cancel without 24 hour notice it results in a $25 fee. Missed or failure to cancel appointments on services 2 hours or more such as full head extension & individual braids/twist styles results to a $40 fee. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to making sure your hair is at it's best!
